A: There are no open houses available at this time.

Q: Should I bring my rental application ?

A: Yes. The property will be rented on a first-come, first-served basis to the first tenant we feel is the best fit. In the past, we have found that our properties are highly sought-after and will rent quickly. We suggest you arrive with your completed application, and application fee/s in hand. We accept cash, Venmo, or CashApp. If you pay with a regular check, your application will be delayed for 10 business days until your check has cleared, and we will not delay considering other applicants during that time.

Q: What if I apply but you don’t rent it to me?

A: We are very fair people and are not looking to “make money” from the the application fees. They are strictly used to run a background check on tenants we are strongly considering renting to. If we rent to someone who applied before you, your application fee will be returned to you and we will not run your background check. Be sure to provide a clearly written e-mail and current mailing address on your application so your refund check can be mailed to you.
