We have one property available for April 15, 2024 (earliest possible occupancy date).

The property is being shown by appointment only. It is in Louisburg, NC, in a country environment but just a short drive to town. It is a completely remodeled home with brand new kitchen, roof, HVAC, flooring, updated bathrooms, decking, lighting, and much, more. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, single family home on several acres. Outdoor storage for your lawn mower, tools, and items, plenty of parking for your family vehicles. Rent is $1350 per month. Some pets allowed (must be house pets that live indoors). Monies required include first month’s rent, one month security, and nonrefundable cleaning deposits per pet (if applicable). See pet policy on Q&A page.
